Natural Teeth Whitening

Jenny is a beautiful lady with strawberry blonde hair and almond shaped eyes. She also has a gorgeous smile but she often avoids showing her teeth. Jenny has perfectly straight teeth but it is heavily stained. This because she loves to drink huge amounts of dark coffee and smokes five to seven cigarette sticks each day.

Though her friend’s advice, she often thinks about having her teeth professionally whitened. Because teeth whitening can erode teeth enamel and may cause overly sensitive teeth, Jenny is a bit hesitant. But in order to improve her appearance and gain back her confidence, she researched on the different natural teeth whiteners.

Jenny found out that baking soda and oranges can effective whiten the teeth slowly but surely. She just needs to be patient and persistent in using the product everyday. For the baking soda, Jenny dips in her toothbrush and then brushes her teeth with it slowly. Jenny does this one every week. Another natural teeth whitener that Jenny uses is orange peels. Jenny rubs the white part of the orange peels to her teeth individually to make sure that they all have the same shade.

She is convinced that the orange peel and baking soda had removed all the superficial stains in her teeth therefore there is no need to undergo professional whitening.
